Depending on your order and
country, you will have the option to choose from many
different shipping methods during checkout, here is the list
of some of the carries you may find:
Regular Mail
( USPS ) Regular postal service. This option can be
used in order with value of up to $80.00 USD and with a
maximum weight of 3 Lbs. Delivery times are between 8 to 14
business days depending on the country. ( insurance is
required )
UPS
( recommended where available ) With this option you can
have a more reliable delivery, provides tracking
information. Packages with a maximum value of $500.00 and a
maximum weight of 45 Lbs. Delivery times go from 5 to 12
business days.
DHL
( recommended where available ) With this option you can
have a more reliable delivery, provides tracking
information. Packages with a maximum value of $500.00 and a
maximum weight of 45 Lbs. Delivery times go from 5 to 12
business days.

There are some important things
to consider when order from outside the United States and
that may be important to consider in many countries. Some of
these things are:
Declaration of Value: We declare the full value of the
product minus the shipping charge. The content of all
packages are label as "Nutritional Supplements of Personal
Use".
Import Taxes: If your
purchase requires you to pay any import duties, taxes or
custom fees, you will be responsible to pay the value of
those fees and you may be billed for those fees at the time
the shipment is processed.
Import Restrictions:
Each country has different laws for import/shipping of the
products we offer. As an international customer, you are
responsible to find out all the necessary information
related to bringing our products into your country. If an
item is known to be considered a banned product and the
package if returned, you will be charged 20% of the value of
the product for re-stocking fee, you will also be
responsible for paying any additional expenses related to
the return or loss of the package. If you are not sure about
this, you can contact your local customs office or email us
and we will do our best to provide with the information we
have on hand. |

FIRST TIME INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS |

It is important to note that
for your and our protection, we need to make sure that
international orders of more than $60 USD or from some
listed countries have the necessary proof of payment used.
If we need proof of payment, we will notify you by email
before processing your order. In these cases, you will need
to either fax your credit card information along with a bill
showing same billing address. All credit card orders are
verified and if we encounter any issues, we will contact you
immediately, we expect answers within 72 hours or we will
not process the order. If you are repeat customer, we will
make sure your order is processed as fast as possible if no
issues are found. Read our privacy policy if you have any
questions about how we use your personal information.
Please make sure that your
address is correctly entered into the purchase form. To
avoid any issues, we email purchase confirmation with
products order and shipping address, if you find any
discrepancies you must notify our company within 24 hrs of
receiving the purchase confirmation so we can make the
necessary changes. |
