CAN I PLACE AN ORDER THOUGHT THE PHONE

Yes, if you prefer to use the phone, you can dial the phone number located in the front page of this site or you can also use the click to call feature, one of our associates can call you right back. Remember, using our online ordering system, we will process your order faster and the customer service will be more accurate. CAN I PLACE WHOLESALE ORDER?

Yes, many of our products can be purchased in bigger quantities at special discount prices, for wholesale purchasing please read our wholesale section.

HOW TO ENTER A PROMOTIONAL COUPONS

Discount and Promotional Coupons can be entered during your purchase, at the time of checkout. Coupons can be found on Newsletter subscriptions, purchase confirmation and updates emails or may come inside the packages of selected purchases.

Please note that most coupons and discount codes are personalized and in some cases have an expiration date or restriction, make sure you are applying an active code, subscribe to our newsletters for up to date codes and promotions which can save you a lot during your next purchase.

CAN I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER
It is possible to order many of our items for international orders. Please read our International Ordering section for more information about shipping, delivery dates and restrictions. We deliver to Canada and all EU countries. Make sure of any customs restrictions before placing a large order, contact us for any additional help.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR A REGULAR ORDER?
Shipping times depend on 3 things, destination, order size and shipping method selected. USA orders take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive to its destination. Canada between 7 and 14 business days and EU/Asia/South America, between 10 and 21 days.

If the order size is more than 4 Lbs ( around 2 kilos ), it may be 2 or 3 days more than the average order.

If the order is a Free Shipping or Regular Shipping, we use the less expensive service. Please check your order details to see what kind of service you got during checkout so you can have an idea of the delivery times based on your purchase.

Allow 24 hours for orders to process and please, consider weekends and holidays for orders placed just before those days.

If you need to have your items delivered faster than regular shipping, please review the shipping options available during checkout for your area.

If your order is taking longer than expected, based on the above explanation, please contact us by email or chat for faster response, include your name, address, order number, phone or email associated with your order so we can deliver faster service. Please make sure that your local postal service didn't attempt to deliver your package and it may be sitting at your local post office, check your door or mailbox for any delivery attempt notes. International order, we recommend you to insure your package.
